1. PLATFORM ROLE

Linq AI operates as a brokerage platform connecting Buyers and Sellers of social media accounts and related digital assets. Linq AI does not own listed accounts and acts only as an intermediary between parties.

2. SELLER AGREEMENT

  • All listings must be real, accurate, and owned by the Seller.
  • Sellers must provide full login access after payment confirmation.
  • Sellers must not list stolen, fake, or unauthorized accounts.
  • Sellers must not attempt to recover accounts after transfer.

3. BUYER AGREEMENT

  • Make full payment before receiving account access.
  • Upload proof of login within 48 hours.
  • Immediately change credentials to secure the account.
  • Failure to upload proof results in automatic fund release.

4. PAYMENT & RELEASE PROCESS

Timeline: Payment → Login Details Shared → Buyer Confirms Access → 48h Proof Window → Seller Credited.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours. Refunds apply if the account is inaccessible or doesn't match the description. Refund processing may take up to 48 hours once confirmed by the Seller.
